Why we started Nexcell
Buying a phone online usually means guessing whether it's genuine and waiting to find out what happens if something's wrong with it. Nexcell exists to remove that guessing: every phone is new and unlocked, every device carries a 12-month warranty that we handle directly, and we say plainly upfront that stock ships from overseas rather than a local warehouse.
How we operate
We're a small team. Orders are placed with our supplier as soon as you pay, tracked from the moment they ship, and backed by our own 30-day returns policy and Nexcell warranty — not a manufacturer's small print. If something goes wrong, you deal with us.
